About Wattrix.

There is a better way.
Our work is to make it happen.

We question what could work better, develop the answer and carry it through into use. For the people operating, maintaining and depending on the result.

For everyone
counting on it.

A problem does not become less important because people have learned to work around it. We believe it is worth understanding properly, asking what could change and doing the work to improve it.

That starts with the people using the equipment, maintaining it or taking responsibility for it. Their experience matters to the design. So does what happens after installation and handover.

It is why developing a product, delivering an electrical project and caring for equipment in service belong in the same business.

Practical experience.
A different way of seeing the problem.

Adam Farrugia's background spans machinery, manufacturing, electrical work and business. That experience shapes Wattrix: questioning how things are done, finding what could work better, and taking an idea through to a working solution.

Across the group, that means considering how something will be made, installed, used and maintained, as well as how it looks on a drawing.

Start with the people doing the work.

Experience underground shaped what we built.

Before developing the Wattrix range, Adam worked underground servicing and rebuilding refuge chambers. That experience informed features such as front service access and removable battery modules, with users and maintainers in mind.

You know what needs to change. We help work out how.

A site needs more capacity or an operation is changing. We investigate the starting point, develop the design and carry the work through installation, drawings and documentation. Access and sequencing are planned around the people and operations on site.

Work you can
stand behind.

Our standards show up in the choices we make and the way we carry the work.

Clear ownership.

Be clear about the scope, who owns the next action and what still needs attention.

Disciplined planning.

Ask questions, understand the conditions and plan how the solution will be delivered.

Systems-driven execution.

Follow agreed methods, apply technical judgement and keep the drawings, findings and completed work clear enough for the next person to use.

Continuous improvement.

Use what we learn from installation, service and the people using the equipment to improve what comes next.

The next person
needs the whole picture.

A good record helps the next person understand what was done, what was found and what needs attention.

Syntra is the system Wattrix is developing and using to connect customer, commercial, site, asset and work information across the group. It supports the same commitment to following through, with people carrying the judgement and responsibility.
